Dig in right away while they're still hot. Dip into your favorite marinara or whatever sauce you love.

Move each cooked batch onto a baking sheet in an oven that's set to 95°C. Leave them in there, so they stay nice and warm while you finish the rest.

Lay out the tortellini in just one layer inside your greased basket. If they don't all fit, just cook them in rounds. Air fry them for 8 to 10 minutes, and give the basket a good shake halfway through. You'll know they're done when they're crispy and golden.

Set your air fryer to 190°C. Give the basket a decent spray of cooking oil, so nothing sticks.

Once the tortellini are drained, pop them back in the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then drop in the Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian blend, and salt. Stir gently so they're all coated.

Put the tortellini in a big bowl and cover them completely with boiling water. Wait 3 minutes, then pour off the water and shake off all the extra liquid.
