01 -
Let white chocolate chips melt in the microwave or double boiler like the bag says. Take a spoon or piping bag to splash melted chocolate on the top. Makes it look really nice right before you dig in.
02 -
Pop it in the fridge and cover. Let it sit for at least four hours, or just leave it overnight if you can. That way, the graham crackers get super soft.
03 -
Do another round with graham crackers, then add more of the pudding mix and another pile of berries. Total of three full stacks—just keep switching up the layers.
04 -
Smooth a third of the creamy mixture over your cracker base, then scatter on some blueberries and sliced strawberries for color and flavor.
05 -
Take two sheets and break them to line the edges. Place five whole crackers down the middle so the bottom gets covered fully.
06 -
Take about 120 milliliters of the whipped topping and swipe it across the bottom of your rectangular tray till you've covered the whole thing.
07 -
Gently stir the whipped topping into your pudding and cream cheese mix. Save back a bit for later. Don’t overmix or it gets flat.
08 -
Pour the cold milk in little by little while you keep beating everything together, till you get a nice thick pudding-like mix.
09 -
Throw the cream cheese into a big bowl. Dump in the pudding mix. Beat them together till it's silky smooth and well mixed.
