Effortless Burrata Bruschetta Tomato Basil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 garlic cloves, split in half
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 baguette, cut into thick rounds about 1.25 cm wide

→ Topping

04 - A pinch of freshly cracked black pepper, or to your taste
05 - Salt, sprinkle as you like
06 - 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
07 - 15 basil leaves, finely chopped
08 - 250 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
09 - 200 g burrata, gently torn up

# Instructions:

01 - Pour that balsamic glaze all over, add a bit of salt and black pepper, and enjoy right away.
02 - Toss those chopped basil leaves over your stacked tomato and cheese to brighten things up.
03 - Put a cherry tomato half right on top of each cheese-covered toast.
04 - Once the toasts cool off, add those chunks of burrata on each one.
05 - Break up your burrata into small, bite-size bits while the bread bakes, try not to lose too much of the creamy center.
06 - Pop your oiled bread into the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes. They're ready when edges turn golden and crisp up.
07 - Brush every side of your sliced bread with olive oil, then rub them with the flat sides of your garlic.
08 - Lay the baguette rounds on your baking tray after slicing them nice and thick.
09 - Crank your oven up to 190°C so it’s nice and hot when you start.

# Notes:

01 - Grab a fresh, high-quality baguette for the best bite and flavor.
02 - Change how garlicky you want it by rubbing the bread a lot or just a little.
03 - Try tossing on some extra toppings—arugula, thin prosciutto, or sun-dried tomatoes can make it pop.
04 - No balsamic glaze handy? A little balsamic reduction or even vinegar will do the trick.
05 - Mess around with more herbs like oregano or thyme if you want fresh flavor.
