Effortless Cheesy Eggs Veggie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 120 grams cooked and drained spinach or broccoli, chopped
02 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
03 - 100 grams shredded cheese, maybe Swiss or cheddar
04 - 75 grams cooked bacon or diced ham (optional)
05 - 240 ml milk or half-and-half
06 - 6 large eggs
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 80 grams diced onion

# Instructions:

01 - After baking, let it hang out for 5 to 10 minutes. It'll be easier to slice and won't fall apart as much.
02 - Pop it in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Top should get a little golden and middle should be firm.
03 - Dump everything into the dish you greased earlier. Smooth out the top so it bakes evenly.
04 - Toss in the onion, bacon or ham if you're using, chopped veggies, and all the cheese. Sprinkle in your salt and pepper too.
05 - Grab your big bowl and whisk together the eggs and milk until it all looks blended.
06 - Turn your oven up to 190°C. Coat a 23-centimetre pie or baking dish with a bit of grease to keep things from sticking.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the veggies or cheese to change the taste whenever you want.
02 - Keep leftovers in the fridge and just warm up a slice when you need a quick bite.
03 - Skip the dairy by swapping in non-dairy milk and your go-to dairy-free cheese, or just leave out the cheese.
