Cheesy Pepperoni Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Stuff You'll Need for Grilled Cheese

01 - 4 slices of thick mozzarella cheese, about 1/8 inch each
02 - 18 slices of pepperoni, microwaved for 20 seconds, pat the grease off
03 - 1 tbsp of butter, unsalted
04 - 4 pieces of Sara Lee Artesano bread

→ For the Garlic Butter Spread

05 - 1/4 tsp of Italian herbs seasoning
06 - A dash of salt, about 1/8 tsp
07 - 3 tbsp of unsalted butter
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/4 tsp parsley, fresh or dried

# Instructions:

01 - Set a medium skillet on medium-low heat and toss in the butter to melt. Lay out two slices of bread. Stack a slice of cheese on each one, followed by 9 pieces of pepperoni. Add another slice of mozzarella on top, then cover each with a bread slice. Let it cook for around 3 minutes per side until the cheese is gooey.
02 - Melt the butter in a small bowl that’s safe for the microwave. Mix in the garlic powder, Italian herbs, parsley, and salt. Stir it all together.
03 - Using a pastry brush, rub the garlic butter on both sides of your grilled cheese. Cook for an extra 30 seconds on each side. After that, take it out of the skillet, sprinkle some parmesan if you like, and serve it up with marinara on the side!

# Notes:

01 - Microwaving the pepperoni and soaking up the grease can make the flavors stand out more.
