01 -
Let the air fryer heat up to 190°C for 3 minutes so your dough gets crispy all over.
02 -
Pull your crescent dough from the can and split it into 8 triangles on any clean surface you’ve got.
03 -
Toss the cooked beef, salsa, and cheese together in a bowl. Mix well so everything’s coated.
04 -
Spoon about 15 to 30 g of that cheesy-beef blend on the fat side of each triangle. Leave a little space at the edge so you can close them.
05 -
Roll each dough triangle up from the wide side to the tip so your filling’s tucked inside. Squish the edges tight, making a crescent shape.
06 -
Spray your fryer basket lightly. Lay the crescent wraps inside in a single layer so they’re not touching each other.
07 -
Set the fryer to 190°C and let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes. They'll get nice and golden. You can leave them be—no flipping needed.
08 -
Using tongs, take out the hot parcels. Wait just a bit so they're not scorching, then add your favorite toppings like guacamole, sour cream, or jalapeños.
