Effortless Cream Cheese Salami (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - Softened cream cheese, 225 g
02 - Dried onion flakes, 2 teaspoons
03 - Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
04 - Dried chives, 2 teaspoons
05 - Cracked black pepper, add as much as you like

→ Wrap

06 - About 12 salami slices, each around 7.5 cm wide

→ Optional Garnish and Accompaniment

07 - Olives without pits, to top
08 - Pretzel sticks, optional for munching

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the cream cheese, garlic powder, dried onion, chives, and a dash of pepper in a bowl until creamy and mixed through.
02 - Spread your salami pieces flat on a board or countertop so you can get to work.
03 - Spoon the cheesy mix onto each salami piece, smoothing it all over but keep it away from the edges.
04 - Roll up every salami slice from edge to edge, then poke in a toothpick so they stay rolled up tight.
05 - Stick an olive on each toothpick if you want extra flavor and fun vibes.
06 - Move the roll ups to a serving plate, toss on some pretzel sticks if you like, and eat right away or keep in the fridge for later.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in Greek yogurt or a low-fat cheese spread if you want something lighter.
02 - Throw in some fresh parsley or dill for a punch of herby flavor.
03 - Mix in some chopped up jalapeño if you’re after a blast of heat.
