Otai Tongan Watermelon Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 40 grams granulated sugar, or however sweet you want it
02 - 400 milliliters canned coconut milk
03 - 567 grams canned crushed pineapple with all the juice
04 - 473 to 710 milliliters water
05 - 1 kilogram seedless watermelon, shredded up
06 - 50 grams fresh coconut, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop it into bowls or glasses and chill it in the fridge. Want it extra cold? Toss in some crushed ice if you like.
02 - Add some sugar and give everything a stir until it melts right in. Taste it and see if you want more sweetness.
03 - Pour water in slowly while stirring until it’s as thick or runny as you want.
04 - Add in that canned coconut milk and stir until everything’s nice and blended.
05 - Throw the shredded coconut, watermelon, and the pineapple with its juice into a big bowl.

# Notes:

01 - If you can, go with freshly shredded coconut for a better taste. Make it as sweet as you like.
