Freeze your pineapple juice the day before. By the time you need it, it'll be icy and slushy.

Let the frozen juice soften a few hours in advance. Follow package directions to blend water with orange and lemonade concentrates, then pop in the fridge.

Scoop up the pineapple sherbet and dump it in a punch bowl. Slide in the slushy pineapple juice, and pour over your pre-mixed lemonade and orange juices.

Once it's time to drink, gently mix in the ginger ale so it's still frosty. Pour into cups right away.
