# Ingredients:

01 - 950 ml pineapple sherbet, chilled
02 - 950 ml cool ginger ale

03 - 1300 ml pineapple juice
04 - 170 ml lemonade concentrate, frozen
05 - 340 ml orange juice concentrate, frozen

# Instructions:

01 - Freeze your pineapple juice the day before. By the time you need it, it'll be icy and slushy.
02 - Let the frozen juice soften a few hours in advance. Follow package directions to blend water with orange and lemonade concentrates, then pop in the fridge.
03 - Scoop up the pineapple sherbet and dump it in a punch bowl. Slide in the slushy pineapple juice, and pour over your pre-mixed lemonade and orange juices.
04 - Once it's time to drink, gently mix in the ginger ale so it's still frosty. Pour into cups right away.

# Notes:

01 - Hold off pouring in the ginger ale until you're ready, so it stays bubbly.
02 - Leftovers keep well in the fridge for three days or in the freezer for up to a month. Thaw and give it a stir before you drink.
03 - To serve more people, just use extra ginger ale or orange juice.
