Frozen Coconut Lemonade Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 350 g ice cubes
02 - 100 g white sugar or your go-to sweetener
03 - 240 ml coconut milk (make sure it’s full-fat)
04 - zest from two lemons
05 - 180 ml lemon juice squeezed right from 4–5 lemons

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the lemon juice, coconut milk, sugar or sweetener, ice cubes, and lemon zest into a powerful blender.
02 - Fire up the blender on high speed till everything’s totally slushy and the ice bits are all gone.
03 - See if it’s sweet enough for you. If not, pour in a bit more sugar or ice to get it just right for your liking.
04 - Right after blending, fill up cold glasses and drink right away.
05 - A grown-up version? Splash a little vodka or rum into the blender, give it a quick pulse, then pour and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh lemon juice packs in the tang. Cold coconut milk gives things a silky and creamy vibe.
