Creamy Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breasts, diced into small chunks
02 - 8 oz of your favorite dried pasta
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
04 - ½ cup finely diced onion
05 - 3-4 garlic cloves, minced up
06 - 1 tablespoon of butter
07 - ½ teaspoon each of Italian herbs and smoked paprika
08 - ½ teaspoon of crushed red chili flakes
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
10 - ½ teaspoon salt
11 - ½ teaspoon pepper
12 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
13 - ½ cup of grated Parmesan
14 - ½ cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
15 - Fresh basil leaves (optional topping)
16 - Extra Parmesan for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the package to cook the pasta. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
02 - In a big skillet over medium heat, warm up some olive oil. Toss in the garlic and onions and let them soften and smell amazing.
03 - Drop the butter and chicken into the same skillet. Add the Italian herbs, smoky paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until the chicken turns golden and is fully done.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream and mix in the Parmesan. Let it sit and simmer until it thickens up nicely.
05 - Toss in the sun-dried tomatoes and cooked pasta. Give everything a good stir until it’s all coated with the sauce.
06 - Add some basil leaves and extra Parmesan on top for a nice finish. Serve it immediately while it’s warm.

# Notes:

01 - If you want a lighter dish, try swapping heavy cream for half-and-half. Tweak the spices to your liking.
