Crisp Italian Salad Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 0.5 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
02 - 0.33 cup chopped red onion
03 - 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
04 - 6 pepperoncini, sliced up
05 - 0.5 English cucumber, diced up
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped small
07 - 1 can (64 g) sliced black olives, drained and washed
08 - 1 can (425 g) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
09 - 4 ounces dry Italian salami, cut into stick shapes
10 - 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, chopped into small cubes
11 - 1 cup chopped radicchio lettuce
12 - 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped however you like

→ Dressing

13 - Freshly ground black pepper, just how you like it
14 - Kosher salt, add to taste
15 - 0.125 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
16 - 0.75 teaspoon dried oregano
17 - 1 clove garlic, grated
18 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
19 - 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
20 - 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Right before serving, toss the shaved Parmesan all over the top and dig in.
02 - Drizzle your homemade vinaigrette over everything. Gently mix so every bite gets coated.
03 - Layer in the mozzarella cubes, salami sticks, chickpeas, olives, yellow pepper, cucumber, pepperoncini slices, grape tomatoes, and red onion over the greens.
04 - Drop your romaine and radicchio into a roomy bowl. Give them a little toss so they're all mixed up.
05 - Grab a medium bowl. Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, garlic, oregano, and those pepper flakes. Toss in salt and black pepper 'til it tastes right.

# Notes:

01 - Parmesan that's just grated and really good olive oil will make your dressing taste way better.
