02 - 1 English cucumber, sliced super thin
03 - Salt to suit your taste
04 - Black pepper for seasoning, as needed
05 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives

07 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 3 tablespoons mayo
09 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whip together the cream cheese and mayo with a hand mixer until everything's creamy. Mix in fresh dill, chives, garlic powder, and finish off with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
02 - Generously apply the cream cheese mixture to one side of each bread piece.
03 - Place cucumber slices neatly on half of the bread pieces. Add extra herbs on top if you’d like.
04 - Top the cucumber-topped bread slices with the remaining bread. Trim the crusts and divide each sandwich into thirds.
05 - Enjoy them right away or cover them well and pop them in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

# Notes:

01 - You can keep leftover sandwiches fresh in the fridge for a day if you wrap them up tightly.
