Effortless Keto Strawberry Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 115 g cream cheese, bring to room temp so it's soft
02 - 240 ml cold heavy cream (whipping cream)
03 - 250 g strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
04 - 40 g powdered erythritol or stevia mix, taste and adjust

→ Optional Flavor Enhancers

05 - 1 pinch salt
06 - 15 ml lemon juice
07 - 5 ml vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Give the mousse about 15 minutes at room temp, then dig in.
02 - Drop the mousse into four glasses or jars. Pop them in the fridge for a couple hours till set.
03 - Add whipped cream to your strawberry-cheese combo a little at a time. Fold gently so it stays fluffy.
04 - With a cold bowl and mixer, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
05 - Pour the smooth strawberry blend into the sweet cheese mix. Stir until you see one even color.
06 - Beat in your powdered sweetener, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt with the cream cheese. Mix till it all blends in.
07 - Grab a bowl and electric mixer. Whip softened cream cheese on medium until it's nice and airy.
08 - Toss your cut strawberries in a blender or food processor. Run it till you get a silky purée.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure your cream and bowls are icy cold before whipping. That way, you'll get a better airy texture.
