Perfect Paloma Grapefruit Lime (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 120 ml plain soda water or grapefruit soda if you'd like
02 - Pinch of sea salt
03 - 1 ml apple cider vinegar or a splash of non-alc tequila
04 - 15 ml maple syrup or whatever sweet stuff you like
05 - 30 ml lime juice, squeezed fresh
06 - 60 ml grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed

→ Rim (optional)

07 - Slice of lime or grapefruit for getting the glass rim damp
08 - Tajin or salt to stick on the glass edge

# Instructions:

01 - Pop a lime or grapefruit wedge on top and bring it right to the table.
02 - Pour your chilled mix through a strainer over new ice into a tumbler. Go ahead and pour soda water or grapefruit soda on top if you like bubbles.
03 - Now shake the heck out of it for about 15 to 20 seconds until it feels really cold and everything's mixed up.
04 - Toss grapefruit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt into your shaker. Drop in 3 or 4 ice cubes, pop the lid on nice and tight.
05 - Put some salt or Tajin on a plate. Take your lime or grapefruit slice, run it around the rim of a glass, and press the rim gently into the salt or Tajin so it sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Want it even more citrusy? Use lime sparkling water instead of soda, or splash in extra grapefruit juice.
02 - Feel free to switch maple syrup for honey, simple syrup, monkfruit, or even Stevia if that's your thing.
03 - Apple cider vinegar makes it more interesting, but non-alc tequila keeps the mocktail vibe.
