Pop a lime or grapefruit wedge on top and bring it right to the table.

Pour your chilled mix through a strainer over new ice into a tumbler. Go ahead and pour soda water or grapefruit soda on top if you like bubbles.

Now shake the heck out of it for about 15 to 20 seconds until it feels really cold and everything's mixed up.

Toss grapefruit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt into your shaker. Drop in 3 or 4 ice cubes, pop the lid on nice and tight.

Put some salt or Tajin on a plate. Take your lime or grapefruit slice, run it around the rim of a glass, and press the rim gently into the salt or Tajin so it sticks.
