Put the yogurt, frozen strawberries, and maple syrup in your Vitamix. It doesn’t matter what order you add them.

Start blending on high, then use the tamper to push the strawberries down toward the blades. Go for about 30 seconds until it looks like frozen yogurt.

Dish it out right away if you’re ready, or pop it into a storage container and freeze it for another time.
