Healthy Key Lime Pie Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1.2 mL vanilla extract
02 - 0.5 teaspoon fresh lime zest, shredded fine
03 - 15 mL honey or any sweet stuff you like
04 - 60 mL key lime or just regular lime juice
05 - 130 g plain Greek yogurt or your favorite dairy-free yogurt
06 - 1 banana, frozen and chopped up

→ Optional Additions

07 - Handful of fresh spinach for some green flair
08 - Ice cubes, toss in what you want for how thick you want it

→ Garnish

09 - Wedge of lime
10 - Graham cracker crumbs, crushed up

# Instructions:

01 - Pour your blended drink into that glass with the fancy rim. Toss on a lime wedge if you feel like it. Slurp it up now while it’s chilly.
02 - Dab the glass edge with lime juice. Press that rim into your crushed graham crumbs to stick ’em on.
03 - Pop your banana, yogurt, lime juice, sweetener, lime skin bits, and vanilla into the blender. If you want that pop of green, throw in some spinach now. Blend until it’s totally creamy. Add ice slowly until you like the texture.

# Notes:

01 - Swap out 2 tablespoons of your yogurt for some cream cheese for extra creaminess.
02 - Toss in a handful of spinach to make it look super green without messing with the flavor.
03 - Make it lemony by switching out the key lime for lemon juice and zest instead.
04 - Want popsicles? Sweeten it up, pour the mix into molds, freeze ’til set.
05 - Got leftovers? Pour into ice cube trays, freeze, and blend with milk anytime for the next three months.
