Condensed Milk Lemonade Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 950 ml chilled water
02 - 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - 240 ml fresh lemon juice, usually from 4 to 6 lemons

→ Herbs and Garnish

04 - 15 g mint leaves, save some for topping each glass
05 - Some ice cubes, to your liking
06 - Optional: lemon rounds for a splash of color on top

# Instructions:

01 - Pop some ice cubes into glasses, pour in the nice cold lemonade, then toss in a little extra mint and some lemon rounds if you want to make it look fancy.
02 - Let the lemonade hang out in the fridge for at least half an hour so the flavors come together and everything's good and cold.
03 - Give the drink a taste. If you want it sweeter, just mix in a bit more condensed milk till it tastes right for you.
04 - Chuck in the mint leaves and use the back of a spoon or a muddler to gently press them, getting the flavors out, then give things a quick stir.
05 - Pour in all the cold water, adding it little by little while you keep stirring so everything mixes smoothly.
06 - Grab your big pitcher and stir the strained lemon juice together with the condensed milk until it looks smooth and creamy.
07 - Roll the lemons, squeeze out enough juice for 240 ml, and strain it to keep seeds and bits out so it’s nice and silky.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in coconut condensed milk if you want to skip regular dairy.
02 - Play around with the amount of condensed milk or lemon juice if you like it more tangy or sweet.
