# Ingredients:

β†’ Peach Raspberry Mixture

01 - 1 1/4 cups water
02 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
03 - 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped into chunks

β†’ Sweet Syrup

04 - 1/2 cup water
05 - 1/2 cup white sugar

β†’ Lemon Drink

06 - additional peach slices, for decoration (optional)
07 - additional raspberries, for topping (optional)
08 - 7 cups cool water
09 - ice cubes
10 - mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
11 - 1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the peach chunks, raspberries, and water in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully pureed.
02 - Put a sieve over a big bowl, then pour the blended mixture into it. Use a spoon to press down, letting the juice go through while keeping skin and seeds behind.
03 - Toss out the skin and seeds collected in the sieve. Leave the bowl with the strained juice aside for later steps.
04 - In a small pot, bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil over medium heat. Stir once in a while until the sugar completely melts and turns into a syrup. Let it cool down a bit.
05 - In a big jug, pour in the 7 cups of cool water, fresh lemon juice, and ice cubes. Stir everything around. Mix in the cooled syrup and the peach raspberry juice. Give it another good stir until it’s blended.
06 - Cover and chill the lemonade in the fridge until you're ready to drink it. Serve cold with optional extras like peach slices, raspberries, or mint on top.
