Sparkling Peach Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon honey
02 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
03 - 2 cups fizzy water

→ Fruit

04 - 2 peaches, sliced, peeled, and pitted

→ Decorations

05 - Optional: a few fresh mint leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Peel off the skin, remove the pits, and slice the peaches up.
02 - Toss the peach slices into a blender and blend until smooth. Run the mixture through a strainer to catch any chunks.
03 - In a big jug, mix the strained peach puree, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until the honey melts into the mix.
04 - Fill champagne glasses with the peach mixture, top it off with chilled sparkling water, give it a light stir, and decorate with mint leaves.
05 - Serve right away while everything’s fresh.

# Notes:

01 - Swap frozen peaches if fresh ones aren’t around. Just make sure to thaw them first.
02 - Tweak honey and lemon juice amounts to match your sweet or tart taste preference.
03 - For best results, keep everything cold before you mix it all together.
