Hibiscus Strawberry Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 hibiscus tea bags or 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
02 - 2 cups water
03 - ½ cup strawberries
04 - 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (tweak sweetness to your liking)
05 - ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Lemon slices
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Strawberry slices

# Instructions:

01 - Heat water in a kettle until it’s bubbling. Take it off the heat, toss in hibiscus tea bags or flowers, and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain out the flowers or remove the tea bags. Cool it down completely.
02 - Clean and chop up your strawberries. Blend them with ¼ cup of the cooled tea until smooth. For a silkier drink, strain the mixture using a fine mesh or nut milk bag (optional).
03 - In a big pitcher, pour in the rest of the cooled tea. Add your strawberry mix, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir everything up and adjust flavors—more syrup if you like it sweeter, or a splash of lemon for extra zing.
04 - Fill glasses with ice, pour your drink, and top each one with mint leaves, strawberry slices, or lemon rounds. Sip and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - You can make hibiscus tea up to 2-3 days ahead and store it in the fridge to cut down your prep time.
