Tart Sweet Limeade Strawberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dilution

01 - 1.4 litres cold water

→ Fruit and Juice

02 - 680 g ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
03 - 360 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

→ Simple Syrup

04 - 100 g granulated sugar
05 - 120 ml water

# Instructions:

01 - Pack your glasses with ice cubes, pour in the strawberry lime mix, and, if you want, toss in some lime slices or strawberry bits on top.
02 - Move your blended mix into a big pitcher. Add all the cold water and give it a good stir. Grab a spoon and taste. Too sour or not sweet enough? Just add a bit more sugar or a squeeze of lime till it's just right for you.
03 - Toss in the cooled syrup, chopped strawberries, and squeeze in the lime juice. Let your blender run until it's all smooth and no strawberry chunks are left.
04 - Set a little saucepan on the stove with water and bring it to a boil. Stir in the sugar until it’s all melted. Take it off the heat and leave it there to chill out.
05 - Making just one? Pour 90 ml of the strawberry-lime mix and 80 ml of cold water into a glass, drop in some ice, and you’re set.

# Notes:

01 - Go for the juiciest strawberries you can find—they really make a difference. Try a sip, then add more sugar or lime if it needs a tweak. It’s best super cold or poured right over ice.
