01 -
Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking tray ready by lining it with parchment paper, so nothing sticks.
02 -
On medium heat, cook the ground beef in a pan until it's no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain the grease, then mix in the taco seasoning based on the packet directions. Stir and set aside.
03 -
Roll the tube of pizza dough into a flat sheet on a floured counter. Slice it into 10 even rectangles.
04 -
Take a rectangle and add a bit of seasoned beef in the center. Lay a cheese stick half over the meat, then roll it up, sealing the edges by pressing firmly. Put the rolled sticks seam-side down on your parchment-covered tray.
05 -
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder. Generously brush this mixture over the top of the taco sticks.
06 -
Bake the taco sticks for roughly 12-15 minutes, or until they look golden and cooked through.
07 -
Wait a couple of minutes for the sticks to cool. Serve with your favorite dips like guac, salsa, or sour cream and dig in!
