Grab a warm pita, pile on the sliced chicken first, then toss on tomatoes, onions, cucumber slices, and finish with a dusting of feta. Pour over tzatziki and wrap it up tight.

As you grill the chicken, chop fresh tomatoes, slice onions and cucumber into really thin pieces. Give them a quick pat with a paper towel so nothing turns soggy.

Heat up your grill or grill pan nice and hot, then toss on the marinated chicken. Let it go for about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Take it off when there’s no pink left inside and juices look clear, then cut into strips.

Mix your marinade with the chicken breasts and pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour so they soak up all the flavor.
