Effortless Chicken Gyro Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Marinade

01 - Chicken marinade (make it however you like best)

→ For Serving

02 - Tzatziki sauce

→ Main Ingredients

03 - 75 g feta cheese, crumbled
04 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 125 g cherry tomatoes, diced
06 - 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
07 - 4 pita flatbreads
08 - 2 chicken breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a warm pita, pile on the sliced chicken first, then toss on tomatoes, onions, cucumber slices, and finish with a dusting of feta. Pour over tzatziki and wrap it up tight.
02 - As you grill the chicken, chop fresh tomatoes, slice onions and cucumber into really thin pieces. Give them a quick pat with a paper towel so nothing turns soggy.
03 - Heat up your grill or grill pan nice and hot, then toss on the marinated chicken. Let it go for about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Take it off when there’s no pink left inside and juices look clear, then cut into strips.
04 - Mix your marinade with the chicken breasts and pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour so they soak up all the flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Letting chicken soak in marinade ahead makes it way more tasty and soft.
02 - Always dry your veggies well or your flatbread will get mushy quick.
03 - Make tzatziki early on. Store in the fridge. Super handy for later.
