Crispy Air Fryer Hashbrowns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Hashbrowns

01 - 2 cups loose frozen shredded potatoes (about 300 g) or 4 frozen hash brown patties

→ Seasoning and Oil

02 - Avocado or olive oil in a spray bottle, 1 tablespoon
03 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (toss in if you want)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, more or less as you like
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (up to you)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the basket back in for another minute at a time if you want things crispier.
02 - Carefully flip everything over with your spatula or tongs. Put the basket back for 5 to 7 more minutes, until you see a good crunch and golden color.
03 - Let the hashbrowns cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes first.
04 - Spritz a little oil on top. Scatter on salt, pepper, plus garlic and onion powder if you're feeling it.
05 - Set those frozen patties or shreds in one even layer in the basket. Don't let them sit on top of each other.
06 - Give the air fryer basket a quick spray with oil. This keeps stuff from sticking.
07 - Start by setting the air fryer to 193°C and let it run for 3 minutes to get hot.
