Effortless Low Calorie Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Zucchini Fries

01 - Optional: 2 tbsp finely shredded Parmesan cheese
02 - Freshly cracked black pepper, as much as you like
03 - Salt, add till it tastes right
04 - 1–2 tbsp olive oil or any cooking spray you like
05 - 2–3 zucchinis, washed and ready

→ Coating Options (pick your favorite)

06 - Herby: 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
07 - Spicy: 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste
08 - Garlic Parmesan: 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp Parmesan, 1 tsp garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Take the fries out and enjoy them hot with any dip you like.
02 - Set all the zucchini in one layer in the air fryer. Cook for 10–12 minutes and give the basket a good shake halfway so everything gets crisp and golden.
03 - Drizzle your zucchini with oil or give them a light spray. Sprinkle your favorite coating mix and freshly cracked pepper. Toss really well.
04 - Spread salt over the zucchini and let it hang out for 10–15 minutes. Blot away any liquid you see with paper towels.
05 - Slice the zucchinis long and skinny for fries or into rounds for chips, after you've washed and dried them.
06 - Kick on the air fryer to 190°C and let it heat for a few minutes.

# Notes:

01 - If you pat the salted zucchini really dry, you'll get the best crunch.
02 - If it's too crowded in the air fryer, split into a couple loads so everything cooks evenly.
03 - Want to reheat leftovers? Pop them back in the air fryer at 150°C for 2 or 3 minutes.
