BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups pulled pork
02 - ½ cup barbecue sauce, divided
03 - 12 oz. tortilla chips, restaurant-style
04 - 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese blend

→ Vegetables & Toppings

05 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
06 - ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
07 - ¼ cup chopped orange bell pepper
08 - ¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
09 - Pickled jalapenos, for garnish
10 - Chopped cilantro, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a nonstick baking mat.
02 - Toss the pulled pork and ¼ cup of the barbecue sauce together in a bowl with tongs.
03 - Add a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom of the sheet pan.
04 - Next, add a layer of shredded cheese.
05 - Spread the BBQ pulled pork on top of the shredded cheese.
06 - Top the pork with the chopped onion and bell peppers.
07 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
08 - Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
09 - Drizzle with the additional barbecue sauce. Garnish with pickled jalapeno and cilantro.
10 - Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Great for using leftover pulled pork from another meal.
02 - For a spicier version, add more pickled jalapenos or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
03 - You can customize the toppings based on your preferences.
