Belgian Waffles Fluffy Crispy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - ½ tsp salt
02 - 4 tsp baking powder
03 - 3 tbsp sugar
04 - 2 cups plain flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - ⅓ cup butter, melted
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 ½ cups milk

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your waffle maker and let it heat thoroughly. You can mix the batter while it warms up.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, toss together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until it’s all blended.
03 - In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla together. If the butter hardens, don’t stress—just make sure it’s mixed as evenly as possible.
04 - Add the wet mixture into the dry bowl. Stir gently until it’s just blended. Avoid stirring too much.
05 - Lightly grease your waffle iron with a bit of oil, butter, or nonstick spray. Pour in some batter, just enough to fill the iron without spilling. Cook them until they’re crisp and golden. Keep cooking until you use up all the batter.
06 - Pile your waffles on a plate and dress them up with maple syrup or whatever toppings you love.
