Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup sour cream
03 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

→ Mix-ins

04 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

→ Garnish

06 - 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
02 - Fold in drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheese until evenly incorporated.
03 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
04 - Stir dip, transfer to serving bowl, and garnish with cilantro if desired. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

01 - Can be spiced up with Hot Rotel or added jalapeños
