Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt and pepper, to season

→ Sauce

03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon water
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
02 - Combine brown sugar, water, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Place chicken in baking dish and pour brown sugar sauce over top.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - Serve chicken with pan sauce drizzled over top. Can also be served over pasta or rice.
