Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Cooking

01 - Avocado oil to slick your pan

→ Assembly

02 - Shredded Parmesan cheese, 50 g
03 - 80 ml of Caesar dressing
04 - A small handful of beef bacon crumbles (3 tablespoons)
05 - Half a head of romaine lettuce, chopped up neat
06 - 8 small soft flour tortillas

→ Chicken Layer

07 - 500 g ground chicken
08 - A couple of teaspoons of garlic powder
09 - Salt to your liking
10 - A few twists of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, toss in the ground chicken, plenty of garlic powder, pinch in some salt and pepper. Stir it all up so your flavors are everywhere.
02 - Slap a thin chicken layer onto one side of each tortilla. Give it a gentle press so it sticks really well.
03 - Heat a pan with some avocado oil over medium-high. Lay tortillas chicken-side down, let them cook for a couple minutes till the meat's golden and ready.
04 - Flip them over so the plain tortilla side hits the heat. Let that side get nice and crunchy, too.
05 - Pile on the chopped lettuce, spoon over that Caesar, sprinkle Parmesan, and toss on bacon. Or, go ahead and mix the lettuce in the dressing before topping if you want it all coated.
06 - Fold those crunchy tacos up and dig in quick while they're still hot and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Making sure the chicken really clings to the tortillas helps it cook evenly and keeps the meat from slipping off in the pan.
02 - Pre-mixing the chopped lettuce with Caesar makes every bite taste like a salad and helps keep stuff together on top.
