In a mixing bowl, toss in the ground chicken, plenty of garlic powder, pinch in some salt and pepper. Stir it all up so your flavors are everywhere.

Slap a thin chicken layer onto one side of each tortilla. Give it a gentle press so it sticks really well.

Heat a pan with some avocado oil over medium-high. Lay tortillas chicken-side down, let them cook for a couple minutes till the meat's golden and ready.

Flip them over so the plain tortilla side hits the heat. Let that side get nice and crunchy, too.

Pile on the chopped lettuce, spoon over that Caesar, sprinkle Parmesan, and toss on bacon. Or, go ahead and mix the lettuce in the dressing before topping if you want it all coated.
