# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 medium-sized potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold), sliced 1/2-inch thick
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Toppings

06 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
08 - 3 green onions, thinly sliced

→ For Serving

09 - 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
10 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix olive oil with seasonings in small bowl.
02 - Arrange potato slices in single layer on baking sheet. Brush both sides with seasoned oil mixture.
03 - Bake 20 minutes, flip slices, then bake additional 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
04 - Top each slice with cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
