# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Tortilla chips for dipping
02 - 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
03 - 16 oz shredded Mexican cheese blend
04 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
05 - 4.5 oz green chiles, drained well
06 - 1 cup sour cream
07 - 1 oz taco seasoning mix
08 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 30 oz refried beans
10 - 8 oz cream cheese
11 - Cooking spray
12 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
13 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
14 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to preheat. Use cooking spray to lightly coat the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish.
02 - Place the sour cream and cream cheese in a big microwave-safe bowl. Heat them together on HIGH for about 90 seconds until easy to stir. Whisk everything until it’s smooth.
03 - Add green chiles, refried beans, all the spices (taco seasoning, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, cayenne, and kosher salt), plus 2 cups of the shredded cheese to the cream cheese bowl. Stir until it’s all one mix.
04 - Move the mixed dip into your baking dish. Spread it out evenly, then cover the top with the last 2 cups of shredded cheese.
05 - Put the dish in the oven and bake for roughly 25 minutes or until the cheese on top is gooey and melted. Pull it out, sprinkle the scallions over the top, and serve warm alongside tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you drain the chiles well so the dip isn’t watery.
