Cheesy Tuscan Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesy Spread

01 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
02 - 8 ounces of cream cheese
03 - Half a cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1/8 teaspoon of salt
05 - 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped up
06 - 1 and a half cups of mozzarella, shredded (set aside 1/2 cup for later)
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 cup of frozen spinach, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - In an oven-safe bowl, dump in all the cheese dip ingredients, but leave out 1/2 cup of mozzarella for topping. There’s no need to stir or thaw any frozen spinach yet.
03 - Pop the dish in the oven and let it cook until gooey. Stir it a couple of times while it’s warming up.
04 - Sprinkle that reserved mozzarella cheese on top and bake again until it’s melted and starts to get golden. To make it extra brown, use your broiler instead of baking longer.
05 - Enjoy it right after baking with your favorite dippers like chips, crostini, or whatever you like best.

# Notes:

01 - This dip pairs wonderfully with crostini. If you’re into tangy flavors, drizzle balsamic vinegar or glaze over the top.
02 - For a vegetarian-friendly option, be sure all the cheeses you pick don’t contain animal rennet.
