Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 18 g creamy peanut butter (skip natural style)
02 - 240 ml milk, any kind you like
03 - 1 tablespoon water
04 - 7 g unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 25 g granulated sugar

→ Optional toppings

06 - Peanut butter sauce
07 - Whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Fill up a 240 ml mug with your finished hot chocolate. If you want, pile on some whipped cream and pour a little peanut butter sauce over the top.
02 - Now tip in the peanut butter and milk. Stir it up really well. Keep the heat on and give it a mix here and there. After it starts steaming and you see the peanut butter fully melted in, you're good.
03 - Grab a small pot and put it on medium heat. Toss in the sugar, cocoa, and that tablespoon of water. Keep stirring until they're totally dissolved and smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Want to use a microwave? Toss cocoa, sugar, and water in your mug first, heat 15 seconds, stir in peanut butter, pour in the milk, zap again till steamy, then stir well until mixed.
02 - Easy peanut butter sauce: just mix 2 tablespoons corn syrup with a tablespoon of peanut butter, microwave in a bowl for about 10–20 seconds till it bubbles, and stir like crazy till smooth.
