# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 100 g fresh peaches, sliced thin
02 - 250 g ice cubes
03 - 120 ml lemon juice, squeezed fresh
04 - 250 g peach puree (blend up fresh or thawed peaches)
05 - 60 g granulated sugar
06 - 60 g honey
07 - 500 ml water

# Instructions:

01 - Pop a few more peach slices on top for extra pop right before serving.
02 - Pour everything into your glasses. Toss in more ice if you want it colder.
03 - Give it a last big stir, making sure everything is nicely mixed up.
04 - Grab a spoon for a quick taste. If it's not sweet enough, throw in extra sugar or honey, then stir until it melts in.
05 - Add your peach strips to the pitcher. Give it a gentle spin so they go everywhere.
06 - Drop in the ice cubes and let the whole thing get frosty.
07 - Now pour in the lemon juice and mix it all up.
08 - Grab your pitcher, pour in the cooled syrup, and blend in the peach puree.
09 - While your syrup’s cooling, pop peaches into your blender and whirl until smooth and creamy.
10 - Let your syrup hang out and cool down to room temp for a few minutes.
11 - After taking the pan off the burner, dump in honey and sugar. Stir until it looks clear.
12 - Set a small pan on medium and bring your water up to a soft boil.

# Notes:

01 - If you add ice before the syrup cools down, it'll water it down. Let it chill first.
02 - Don’t like pulp? Pour your peach puree through a strainer for a silkier sip.
03 - Ripe, juicy peaches taste the best, but defrosted frozen peaches totally work too.
04 - Add honey or sugar little by little till it's just how you like.
05 - Try mint leaves on top for a fresh twist.
