01 -
Turn on the oven and set it to 375°F (190°C).
02 -
Use plastic wrap to cover both sides of each chicken piece, then flatten with a mallet until they're about half an inch (1.3 cm) thick.
03 -
Top each flattened chicken breast with a slice of cheese and two slices of turkey. Roll them up tight, securing the edges with twine or toothpicks.
04 -
Set up three dishes: one filled with flour, another with eggs and milk whisked together, and the last with panko, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
05 -
Roll each chicken piece in the flour first, then dunk in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the panko blend.
06 -
Heat up 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet at medium heat. Cook the rolls on all sides until they're nicely browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
07 -
Place the browned chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for roughly 20-25 minutes, until their internal temperature hits 165°F (75°C).
08 -
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle in some flour and whisk it smoothly before pouring in milk and Swiss cheese bit by bit. Stir until creamy and thick.
09 -
Take out the toothpicks or twine, slice up the rolls, and serve them with the cheese sauce drizzled on top.
