Easy 3-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Bagels (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 1 cup + 1 tbsp plain flour
03 - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
04 - A pinch of salt (optional)

05 - 1 egg (for brushing)
06 - Mix of sesame and poppy seeds

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt (optional). Add the cottage cheese and mix with a spatula. Use your hands to form the dough.
02 - Knead the dough at least 10 times. It should not be too sticky or dry. Form it into a ball, cover the bowl with a tea towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
03 - After 10 minutes, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
04 - Flour your surface and roll the dough into a log. Cut it into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-7 inch rope and join the ends to form a bagel. Pinch the ends to seal.
05 - Beat the egg and brush it over each bagel. Sprinkle the sesame and poppy seed mix on top.
06 - Bake for 25 minutes or until puffy and golden. Let the bagels cool completely for 15 minutes before serving.
