Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups cottage cheese
02 - 1 ripe banana
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more for sweeter)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Sprinkle of cinnamon

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Vanilla cookies
07 - Whipped topping
08 - Sliced banana

# Instructions:

01 - Add the cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon to blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add to bowl of choice and serve with cookies, whipped topping and banana if desired or you can let the pudding chill for a bit before eating!

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy cold
02 - Adjust maple syrup to desired sweetness level
03 - Can be served immediately or chilled first
