# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (220 g) cottage cheese (small curd recommended)
02 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - ¾ cup (70 g) almond flour
05 - ¼ cup (25 g) vanilla protein powder (or more almond flour)
06 - 4 tablespoons chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl. Add almond flour and protein powder. Stir until fully incorporated and the dough reaches a smooth consistency.
03 - Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
04 - Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
