Cream Cheese Bacon Stuffed Doritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Base

06 - 1 (10 oz) bag large Doritos (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch flavor)

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh chives or extra crumbled bacon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, green onions, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until well-mixed and creamy.
02 - Carefully open the side of each Dorito chip to create a pocket without breaking the chip.
03 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each Dorito pocket with the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to overfill.
04 - Refrigerate stuffed Doritos for about 15 minutes to firm up filling. Garnish with chives or bacon if desired and serve immediately.
