# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Ingredients

01 - 15.25 ounces white cake mix (1 box - use your favorite brand)
02 - 3 ounces orange jello (1 box)
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh orange zest
04 - 8 tablespoons salted butter, softened
05 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
06 - 11 ounces white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F to preheat. While that's heating up, line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats to prevent sticking.
02 - Grab a large mixing bowl and whisk together the white cake mix, orange jello powder, and orange zest until they're well combined. The orange zest will add little flecks of color and tons of fresh flavor!
03 - Add your softened butter and room temperature eggs to the bowl. Using either a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat everything together just until combined - about 2 minutes. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl so everything gets mixed evenly.
04 - Pour in those white chocolate chips and gently fold them into the dough. They'll add sweet little pockets of creamy goodness throughout your cookies.
05 - Using a 1½ tablespoon cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll each portion into a nice ball. Place them on your prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie to allow for spreading.
06 - Slide those baking sheets into your preheated oven and bake for 10-13 minutes. You'll know they're done when the edges are just set but the centers still look a bit soft - they'll continue cooking as they cool.
07 - Let the cookies cool right on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack to finish cooling completely. Or grab one while it's still warm - we won't tell!

# Notes:

01 - These cookies taste just like a creamsicle popsicle with their orange and vanilla flavors
02 - Using cake mix as a base makes these cookies extra soft and chewy
03 - The orange zest is essential for that fresh, bright citrus flavor
