In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, lemon juice, cream of chicken soup, and Worcestershire.

Scatter the chopped chicken evenly into the greased pan. Pour the creamy mixture smoothly over top.

Combine the crumbled crackers with the melted butter in a separate container. Spread this mixture over the top of the dish and sprinkle the poppy seeds last.

Bake for around 20 minutes, or until the sauce bubbles and the topping looks golden brown.
