Creamy Cottage Cheese Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box pasta (gluten-free)
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese
03 - 1/2 cup marinara
04 - 1 clove garlic

→ Optional Toppings

05 - Parmesan cheese
06 - Red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta of choice according to the package and reserve 1/3 cup of the pasta water.
02 - In a high speed blender, add cottage cheese, marinara sauce, garlic, and any spices of choice, and blend until smooth.
03 - After blending, add in the pasta water and mix well.
04 - Pour the sauce over cooked and drained pasta and mix until fully covered.
05 - Top with parmesan and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
