Scoop your finished peanut butter into a clean jar. Pop it in the fridge so it stays fresh for longer.

Mix in some honey or maple syrup at this point if you're into a sweeter spread. Just pulse until it's mixed in.

Blend the peanuts and salt until everything is super smooth and creamy. Stop every so often to scrape the sides for an even texture.

Pour your cooled peanuts into the food processor with the salt.

Once the peanuts are roasted, set the tray aside and let them chill for a bit so your machine doesn't get too hot.

Toss your peanuts on a baking tray, spread them out, and roast at 180°C for around 10 minutes. When they start to smell amazing and turn golden, you're good.
