Creamy Peanut Butter Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup or honey if you want it sweeter
02 - 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
03 - 2 cups (300 g) raw peanuts

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop your finished peanut butter into a clean jar. Pop it in the fridge so it stays fresh for longer.
02 - Mix in some honey or maple syrup at this point if you're into a sweeter spread. Just pulse until it's mixed in.
03 - Blend the peanuts and salt until everything is super smooth and creamy. Stop every so often to scrape the sides for an even texture.
04 - Pour your cooled peanuts into the food processor with the salt.
05 - Once the peanuts are roasted, set the tray aside and let them chill for a bit so your machine doesn't get too hot.
06 - Toss your peanuts on a baking tray, spread them out, and roast at 180°C for around 10 minutes. When they start to smell amazing and turn golden, you're good.

# Notes:

01 - If you want it less salty, go for unsalted peanuts and put in just a pinch of salt.
02 - You can skip the sweet stuff if you're after a straight-up savory flavor.
