Creamy Tartar Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small dill pickle, minced (about 3 tablespoons)
02 - 1/2 cup mayo
03 - 1 tablespoon capers, roughly chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - Salt and ground black pepper to your liking
06 - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small bowl and toss in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pickles, capers, dill, Dijon, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it up till it's smooth and combined.
02 - Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Give it a taste, and tweak the flavors by adding a bit more lemon, salt, or pepper if you think it needs it.
03 - Cover it up and pop the bowl in the fridge for at least half an hour. This helps the flavors really come together.
04 - Keep it sealed tight in a container in the fridge. It'll stay fresh for up to a week.

# Notes:

01 - It tastes the best if eaten within seven days. If you make extra, you'll have plenty to enjoy all week!
