Once they're cooled off on a wire rack, dig in or stash them in a sealed container for up to 3 days.

Let them go in the air fryer at 150°C for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip them in the middle. They start to turn golden when they're nearly done, so peek at 12 minutes to see if they're getting crisp.

Put your banana circles in the air fryer basket without any overlapping. If you can't fit them all, just do more than one round.

Get both sides of each little banana round brushed with coconut oil, then shake on that cinnamon sugar mix until they're covered all over.

Stir up cinnamon and sugar together in any small bowl so it's totally blended.

Chop your bananas into thin, even slices, about as thick as a coin, after peeling. Use a sharp knife or a mandoline, whatever's easier.
