Cinnamon Sugar Air Banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
02 - 2 medium-sized bananas that feel firm but are just ripe

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
04 - 1 tablespoon white sugar, granulated

# Instructions:

01 - Once they're cooled off on a wire rack, dig in or stash them in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
02 - Let them go in the air fryer at 150°C for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip them in the middle. They start to turn golden when they're nearly done, so peek at 12 minutes to see if they're getting crisp.
03 - Put your banana circles in the air fryer basket without any overlapping. If you can't fit them all, just do more than one round.
04 - Get both sides of each little banana round brushed with coconut oil, then shake on that cinnamon sugar mix until they're covered all over.
05 - Stir up cinnamon and sugar together in any small bowl so it's totally blended.
06 - Chop your bananas into thin, even slices, about as thick as a coin, after peeling. Use a sharp knife or a mandoline, whatever's easier.

# Notes:

01 - Pick bananas that aren't too soft, or they won't cut nicely and your chips won't crisp up.
02 - Play around with more or less cinnamon or sugar, or swap the sugar for something else you like.
03 - If your chips aren't crunchy after the first cook, just pop them back in the air fryer for another couple minutes at a time. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
