# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds, drained)
02 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
03 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
04 - ½ teaspoon dried herbs (optional, like thyme or parsley)
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
06 - Olive oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with olive oil spray.
03 - Thoroughly drain the cottage cheese to remove excess moisture.
04 - In a bowl, mix the drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs (if using), salt, and pepper.
05 - Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each portion into thin rounds.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
07 - Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
