Crispy Onion Parmesan Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 12 oz grated parmesan

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium-sized white onion

→ Seasonings

03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp paprika
05 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

→ Oil

06 - 1/2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the onion into slices about 1/4-inch thick. Spread half the parmesan on the covered tray, then lay the onion rings over it in one layer.
03 - Dust the onion rings with your seasonings, then give them a light spray of olive oil. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Parchment paper keeps things from sticking and makes cleanup easier.
02 - 1-2 big onions or 2-3 smaller ones work nicely.
03 - A pizza cutter works great for slicing cooled onion rings.
