# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 heaping cups crushed corn flakes or crispy rice cereal
06 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 8 thick bread slices (like Texas Toast)
09 - 2/3 cup milk

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a skillet on medium or preheat your griddle to 350°F.
02 - Pour your cereal into a pie dish or use a flat plate.
03 - Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, salt, vanilla, and flour in a blender or dish. Whisk until smooth—or leave tiny flour clumps if doing it by hand.
04 - Soak each bread slice in the batter on both sides, then gently press it into the cereal layer to coat both sides.
05 - Heat a touch of butter on the pan or griddle. Place the coated bread slices down and cook for a few minutes until crispy and golden. Flip and brown the other side.
06 - Eat it warm with syrup or any toppings you like.

# Notes:

01 - Wait to dip the bread into the batter and cereal until just before you cook it to keep it from getting soggy.
