Pour your cereal into a pie dish or use a flat plate.

Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, salt, vanilla, and flour in a blender or dish. Whisk until smooth—or leave tiny flour clumps if doing it by hand.

Soak each bread slice in the batter on both sides, then gently press it into the cereal layer to coat both sides.

Heat a touch of butter on the pan or griddle. Place the coated bread slices down and cook for a few minutes until crispy and golden. Flip and brown the other side.
